Lynsey Bradshaw MA (cantab) RAD RTS LIDTA Pilates Teacher
Lynsey is the Operations Director of Spotlight & JC School of Dance as well as a Dance Teacher.
Lynsey is a RAD Ballet teacher, ISTD Modern and Tap teacher, and a Licentiate in Freestyle with the IDTA. Lynsey started dancing at the age of 2 and trained with Heather Burns at the Lancaster Ballet and Theatre School. From age 7 she took up musical theatre and performed in numerous amateur productions. After graduating from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Mathematics and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Lynsey took up dancing again and first met Erna at her school in Hampstead. Lynsey qualified as a RAD ballet teacher in 2012 and has been working with Erna ever since.
Lynsey is also a qualified studio pilates teacher with the Pilates Foundation, training under Sue Nash and Anne-Marie Zulkahari. Lynsey incorporates her Pilates training into her dance classes and works to develop good posture, alignment and core stability in all her students, while fostering an intelligent love of dance, musicality and performance. Lynsey is a member of the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science and takes a keen interest in the biomechanical aspects of movement and dance.
At Spotlight Lynsey looks after the operational and financial side of the school, and she is excited to be part of the Spotlight family!
